Fast food, generally other than me no at home prefers to the fast food like pasta or maggy or any sort of noodles. Besides the unliking of such food mom always says my secret of so called health look is such food and every day non veg eating habit. But who cares life hai ji lo jaise jini hao :P.

Its very boring Saturday was sleeping whole day, I dont know what had happen to me generally dont like to sleep during after noon. But last few weekends it has become normal practice. I definitely need to do something. So the moral of story cause of sleepy day was actually not in a mood of cooking something great, I mean something that will take time :P and efforts

So just took out pasta and cooked it. And coincidently when I called up Mridu she was also cooking the same thing for lunch.


Ingredients
  • half cup of pasta
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • salad dressing
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • salt and gamram masala
  • 2 tbsp of oil or ghee

Procedure

  • Boil pasta and remove excess water
  • heat oil in pan and fry onion until it turns golden brown
  • then add chopped tomato heat for 3 mins
  • add salad dressing, salt and half tbsp of garam masala
  • heat the batter for another minute
  • add boiled pasta and cook for more 2 mins

The yummy pasta is ready to eat

Tomato Omlet

By name it sounds a non veg dish but its not :( It's pure veg dish. One of the all time favorite food. Its quit boring to cook but test awesome ..

all u need is
  • one bowl of gram flour (basen)
  • 1/4 bowl wheat flour(optional)
  • 2 tbsp rava
  • 2 finely chopped tomato
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tea spn cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tea spn chopped ginger, garlic pest
  • 2-3 finely chopped green chilies
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • turmeric powder and salt
  • Oil/ghee

the procedure

  • Mix all flours, tomato, onion and spices with water to get to dosa batter consistency
  • Heat oil in pan and spread the batter into thing omelets shape
  • fry omelet from both the sides
  • serve hot with tomato

Tomato chutney and Roti


The quickest cooking dish for lunch or dinner ... Tomato chutney and Wheat Roti

For making tomato chutney you need

1. Tow tomato
2. Half tbsp cumin seeds
3. Two tbsp ghee or oil
4. Black paper powder
5. Salad Dressing
6. Red chili powder
7. salt for test


The procedure

1. Heat oil in pan and first put cumin seeds then put chopped tomato and fry it for 5 mins
2. add paper and chili powder
3. mix 1 tbsp of salad dressing
4. add slat for test and cook the chutney for 2 more mins

and the chutney is ready ...

The long time pending uploads

Its usual habit or thing with me, I decided some thing and its regular only in initial phase and then as the days passes it becomes once in a while task, now its been I guess 2 weeks i have uploaded any thing on blog. So hr am putting 3 continues post :) with very short content though
