the ethnic wall hanging

>> Sunday, May 30, 2010

the sunday was real boring this time and too add more in to it I watch "kismat konnection" with the fast forward functionality of the movie player. Thats the best advantage of watching movies on PC than on cable or in theater :P, I mean I cant watch boring things continuously ..... and after watching the movie was in almost dead state ... I just switched off my machine and was wondering what shall i do now .... as n was not in mood of going out ... not even cooking ... and then just thought of sleeping (the best thing to do when u have nothing to do :P)

and then suddenly i saw the marriage invitation card, I don't know whose marriage was that .... but the card had beautiful "Ganeshji's" photo ... so just thought of reusing it.

so I opened up my cupboard and took out all the craft work and waste material box and started making a wall hanging .... most of the times rather than using waste material i end up using my ethnic ear rings or some times some necklace threads :P. Rather I will say most of the times I purchase big big ear rings for such purpose only.... Never mind unless and until I am making some use of it who cares ..... So thats how this master piece of "THE ETHNIC WALL HANGING" i made ..... and unlike all other times my all time critic loved it ..... :)

>> Monday, May 10, 2010

Was bit nervous and depressed today, didn't feel like doing any thing in office. May be aftereffects of appraisal. Thats how it happens when you didn't get the expected thing. Just a week back was very excited as my new project was to start and have successfully finished with my earlier development. The new project is interesting and equally confusing.... so was equally happy and excited. But this appraisal killed my whole enthusiasm ..... :(

So after all efforts of creating enthusiasm I miserably failed and I just packed up my bag and went home...... I guess after so many months I was at home In Time .... so mom was happy ...... besides the weekend fever was still in my mind and brain so I entered in to kitchen and then thought of making some fast but semi junk food....... and thats when my Cheese Panir Franky entered .......... in ........

its very easy to make any type of Franky and the preparation time and efforts are very less and the output is mostly nice :)

most of the times the credit goes to cheese, paneer and ketchup and lots of butter

so one who is health conscious and do not trust in eat and workout will probably stay away from my Franky :P ..... never mind .....

so the things required

2. 100 grams of panner
3. cheese cube
4. one finily tomato and onion
5. finely chopped coriander leaves
6. turmeric powder, garam masala, salt for test
7. wheat flour

1. heat2 table spoon of oil in frying fan and fry onion till they turn golden brown, then add chopped tomato fry it for 5 mins
2. add turmeric powder, garam masala, salt in batter
3. make roti of wheat flour and roast it for a min from both the sides
4. put the batter on roti with smashed paneer and chopped onion add grated cheese on it and finally make role of the roti
5. heat 1 tsp of butter in frying pan and fry the role for a minute
6. serve with green chilli chatani and tomato ketchup
