Mix vegetable sabzi with Wheat Roti

Mixed Vegetable Sabji or Subzi
Ingredients:
- Beans – 10-15
- Potato – 2 medium sized
- Capsicum – 2 medium sized
- Onion – 1
- Tomato – 1
- Panir
- Ginger + Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds or Jeera – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder or Kitchen King Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt
- Coriander Leaves

How to Prepare:
- Chop Beans, Potatoes, Capsicum lengthwise. Cook these chopped vegetables for 10 minutes
- Chop the Onions, tomatoes
- Chop the panir in square shape
- Heat Oil in a pan, add Cumin Seeds. Once the Jeera seeds splutter add chopped Onions, Turmeric Powder and Ginger + Garlic paste and saute until the Onions turn golden brown
- Add Tomato in batter and heat for another 2 minute
- Add Kitchen King Masala, Chilli PowderSalt and 1/4 cup of water and cook for 3 min
- Add panir
- Then add cooked Vegetables into this mixture and cook for 5-6 min more until the water content blends well with cooked Vegetables
Serve Mixed Vegetable Sabji hot with Chapati and pickels
